Protect Your Ass Legal Form

I was wondering if anyone knew the of a form/document you could get someone to sign so that a crime with a long statute of limitations could not come and bite you in the ass years down the road if someone decides to change their mind.

Scenario:

Boy hooks up with girl, girl regrets, girl could easily change her mind down the road and call rape. Whats the form she would have to sign to make this not fly ?

i know this prolly belongs in politics, but that forum is pretty dead and i figured that ppl browsing here would have an idea of what im talking about.

Dude, your contract not to commit (statutory) rape is with the rest of society as well, you must get a waiver from everyone. That's going to be a lot of work.

Yeah, because they could never come back and say you forced them to sign the contract. That will work well.

I have a feeling that might put a damper on the relationship.

Any written declaration will do. "I consented to... signed ___"

But you cannot sign away your rights. She would still have the right to call rape later, but her case would be harder.

I'm not even a law student, etc.

If you're talking about protection from criminal liability, there is no such form. If the state can prove you raped her, you'll be criminally liable. If the state cannot prove you raped her, you won't be.

If you're talking about protection from civil liability, the form is called a settlement agreement if the sex has already occurred. If the sex has not yet occurred, there is no such form. She always reserves the right to change her mind regarding future consent.
