Absolute rakeback on existing account

Is there any way to get rakeback on Absolute if you already have an existing account? If not, does Absolute allow you to close an account and then open a new one in order to get rakeback? Thanks.

Everything i've read on this indicates that NO you can not open another account and get rakeback if you ask them to do that, HOWEVER many people have asked ABS to close their account (give no reason), "cleaned" their computer, or used a "clean" computer to resign at ABS via an affiliate and they were not busted. This is with using their real name, same neteller, but different email address.
