Hand 1: If Seat 5 is cracked then you played it fine. fi not, I usually find a fold on 4th.

Hand 2: You have to fold this river. There is nothing you are beating. I would probbaly fold on 5th as well.

I don't mind the peel on 4th in hand 1. I wouldn't mind a fold either.

Hand 2 needs to be folded on 5th.

Hand 1: Fold 4th, you're opponent is representing a big pair in the hole, rolled up is impossible, flush draw is very unlikely ... you could be drawing to the case ace or runners.

Hand 2: 5th is a fold w/o an overcard or any kind of straight draw.

Minor nit point - two hands are better served by two threads.

Hand one is good. On the second hand, check 5th with the intention of folding. Your opponent's 4th street call signifies a strong hand and a real danger of being raised on 5th. And you haven't improved 5th. Cut and run.
