I know him personally and know for a fact that he did not get paid. I helped make the scripts for CCU.

I feel for everyone he ripped off but I hope this is a lesson learned about signing up through affiliates that relied upon spamming this forum to advertise. Please everyone, do your homework. This guy came out of nowhere, spammed this forum to death, promised the moon and vanished.

While I have no doubt that some of the signup offers are no good, as his affiliate account(s) will be shut down post bill, that really doesn't explain a complete departure with no warning. I'm certain he is getting paid for most of his signups. Sadly, it appears the intention now is to just cut and run since there is no business to protect anymore.

I understand his reason for getting out of the business at this point, but it is a shame when people decide not to do the right thing and take care - to the best of their ability - their existing obligations. Where is the harm in saying "I'm out of the business. I'm paying these offers - xxx, xxx, xxx - since I was paid as an affiliate. These offers - yyy, yyy, yyy - I am not since my affiliate account was shutdown due to the new legislation. I am sorry, but there isn't much I can do."

Simple, concise. Not perfect, but a whole crapload better than just disappearing.

EDIT: Oh my. I see what was posted since I started writing this. I cannot believe, under even the most contrived of circumstances, that you are not getting paid for at least some of your signups. What a crock.

Hi guys, sorry for the delay...I just really wasn't sure how to deal with this. Essentially, I never planned to "scam" anyone. I've always operated with the best of intentions, which should be well-evidenced by my actions in the past. However, with the recent passing of the Federal Unlawful Gambling Enforcement Act, I have decided to close down. While I do empathize with those of you who feel CasinoCashUnlimited.com owes you something, there is simply nothing I can do. I have not and will not receive commission for leads generated in the month of September, nor am I “sitting on a beach somewhere in the Bahamas.” Believe me guys, I’m as disappointed as you are.

Additionally, please note that harassment and/or any other unlawful conduct will be taken very seriously. CasinoCashUnlimited.com has always been a “use at your own risk” service, and is viewed as such under New York state law.

Finally, I don't (think I) know LeeroyJenkins...

Well, we'll find out real soon since i'm going to file a lawsuit against you in New Mexico. This state has a different view than the one you're trying to pass off. I've already had a law professor here take a peek at your T&C, and he says this is a slamdunk case. Enjoy spending half your 'winnings' paying for your trip here under the "long arm of the law" statute we have in our state. Furthermore, i'll be contacting your university to see if you used their servers at any time to commit fraud. I foresee the next year of your life to be a very stressful one.

Boogster is getting paid for Affiliate signups through SIA through Oct 5th I believe it is. Anyone signed up by then is good to go. Nice to know he is outright a POS and is lying through his teeth. Too bad the idiot doesn't understand people know his info already.

Contact SIA and they should be able to confirm if the person you signed up under was paid for you.

FON, can you please address the following:

1. Why is the CCU website set up to fake a "The page cannot be displayed" error?

2. Why not leave your site up, with an explanation?

3. Did you ever intend to contact the people who used your site to sign up for these referrals?

4. Why have you not and why will you not receive referrals generated in the month of September? Did SIA tell you this?

5. Is the business entity that you were using for this called Casinocashunlimited, or is it Paragon Networks, or something else? You mention New York law - is the entity established under New York law?

6. Are you aware that the Port Security bill has not yet been signed into law, and is not scheduled to be until Oct.13.2006? Are you aware it is not scheduled to be enforced for 270 days following that?

7. For those who may not initially believe your explanation given your behavior thus far, how can you prove to us that you are not simply taking the money from SIA and choosing to not pay referrals as agreed?

I'm sure you can see how your behavior thus far is cause for concern. Perhaps you can address some of the concerns by answering these questions.

Could you please wait on that until he has an opportunity to respond to the questions I asked? Perhaps we can still iron this out without involving lawsuits. If we can resolve him receiving his commissions from SIA, then perhaps he'll be able to meet his obligations. This might just be a result of him panicking at the Port Security bill. Let's give him a chance to respond more in depth, there is always time to file suit later if necessary.

Chopstick here are the answers you should expect man.

1. " I made fake page to try to run and hide."
2. "Because I am running with your money, reminds me of the line hey dirty baby I got your money!!!"
3. "nope"
4."Isn't it OB? I am stealin yo money sucka!"
5. "Probably, oh shiat I am in the US and you suckas are gonna come after me physically and or legally? Oh shiat!!"
6. Bah
7. "Look at all my moneys I made off ripping you all off! Oh yeah no one is paying me peace out suckas!"

Seriously he is intending to rip you all off, legal action is the best bet since you have his information. Hell try to contact some people at his College and inform the school he is taking part in illegal actions online involving defrauding people through sportsbetting and poker sites. You think the school will just look the other way?

This isn't Party Poker...your bluff is far too transparent to fool me. On what grounds will you be filing suit? Second, I don't attend a university, nor have I committed fraud.

Interesting you claim to know so much about Boogster, but don't even know the rate they're getting. I'll tell you this: "not a single affiliate including Boogster gets close to that" = FALSE

That said, it is not likely I will offer another reply after this. I've explained the situation to all of you...take it or leave it.
