The Departed

6.0 - This movie is stylish. Good-looking cast. Well acted. I just never really cared what happened, even to the main characters in the film. It was numbingly violent and lacking any charm.

Also, loooong.

Syriana was pretty good. It made me feel pretty crappy about the world in general. I don't think it told me anything I didn't alreay suspect. But seing how some people go from good to bad. Or how some people seem like good but do bad things etc......

Jacka$$ 2 was kind of weak I thought. Not as good as the first one.

There was a skit or two that were incredible. Like the arab one.

little miss sunshine - 8.5/10 came into it thinking I wouldn't like it. Didn't like it for about 3 minutes, then loved it. Great soundtrack, acting, and story. Really liked the fact that the characters were normal and flawed and not hollywood-perfect looking.

jackass 2 -7/10. whoever said this was weaker than the original is completely wrong. This movie is freakin intense. Just about every skit is hilarious and there are more than a few that will make you really cringe and not want to watch. Minus points for lots of graphic male nudity and NO [good] female nudity. The whole theater was laughing uncontrollably the whole time I saw this movie. Would see again. Oh yeah, the soundtrack could have been done much better too.
