Paradise cash out
I cashed out $1300 to Neteller on Oct 2 from Paradise and still have not received it. I've never cashed out from Paradise before. How unusual is this?

Turns out it was some peculiar interaction between Paradise and Neteller. Somehow the money was sent to an old, closed account, even though I never gave out the old account #. The Neteller guy said it was possible that Paradise deposited using my name and it was sent to the old account. Strange that Neteller didn't refuse the transfer.
Paradise had sent the money the same day, so the blame rests either on me or Neteller. I'm thinking most likely Neteller...
