15 bb challenge is when you start at a low limit with 15bbs. When you win enough to have 15bbs at the next limit, you move up. If you lose, you move back down.

ie.
start at 3/6 with $90
move to 6/12 when you hit $180
move to 10/20 when you hit $300, etc.

That challenge probably wouldn't work out too well in the West. I didn't think it was possible to win $90 in 3/6 without a mad rush of cards. Between the rake and the 8-to-a-flop mentality, I'm pretty happy if I get up 50 or 60 bucks on the rare occasions that I play 3/6.
