Here is an idea. Find a friend in Canada willing to rent you an address and a DSL line. Set up the a physical computer at his house. Open a bank account there, or have him open one for you. Install Party on that computer. Play from the United States on a program like GotomyPC. Sounds like it might work.

Ive been thinking about it and decided its possible you could set up a VPN connection in Canada/Europe and VPN into that before connecting to the poker sites.
