Translation: It's going to be amazing to see what all the 2+2ers can do in live poker once the online poker changes go into effect.

re-translation: it's going to be amazing to see how little the "changes" to online poker affect any of these 2p2ers' win rates

That seems like your opinion, not a translation.

But I agree with your opinion.

check his big double up to take the chip lead earlier. blinds were 800/1600. lol donkaments:

Alex Jacob Doubles Up and Takes the Chip Lead
After Alex Jacob limps in from early position, Greg Baird raises to $7,000. Alex Jacob then reraises to $25,000 and Baird moves all in. Jacob calls all in for $183,500 immediately and shows AdiamondAspade. Baird turns over 10diamond10heart and will need help. However, the board comes KheartQheart3spade7club8spade and Alex Jacob doubles up to around $370,000 and takes over the chip lead.

alright.. now i know where the actual "lol, donkaments" came from haha.

hey guys, there was 4m in the pot where i lost with 88. i had 2m to start the hand and jacobs had me slightly covered. if i win the race i almost certainly scoop the whole thing. that hurts. jacobs deserves it though, he played great.

also, heres the details on this hand:

i button raise to 75k, jacobs reraises in the bb to 225k, i call with T8o.

i thought there was high probability he was squeezing and that if i flopped a T/8 i could snap some continuation bluffs. i also thought i could steal alot of flops postflop.

flop came Ks9s3c

he bets 300k, i raise to 900k, he pushes allin. i fold my T8, he shows A5o. sick read.
