am i only one who caps pre flop. I would also raise flop, but then just call down once he 3 bets. Im not folding vs this guy on this flop

I dont see what ur turn raise is accomplishing, its only putting you in a tough spot if he 3 bets.

I don't really see the point in the flop raise. He knows you're going to peel very loosely on that flop so he will be betting the turn. If you like the turn, you can consider a raise though I'd be much more inclined to let this kind of opponent keep the initiative.
