id guess under 1 percent. Bush is not going to choose WTO and online gambling over port security before an election. Just not happening. The knowledgable posters in the other WTO thread said its more of a long term thing with WTO. The US will only go along with it after putting up a fight for awhile

I would put the chance of Bush vetoing the Port Security bill because it includes i-gambling enforcement mechanisms to be exactly ZERO. |
