The article talks of hopefully convincing Bush to not sign the bill.

Is that even a REMOTE possibility? Or are we talking about 1% here?

id guess under 1 percent. Bush is not going to choose WTO and online gambling over port security before an election. Just not happening. The knowledgable posters in the other WTO thread said its more of a long term thing with WTO. The US will only go along with it after putting up a fight for awhile

There's a better chance of Dubya invading Antigua out of spite than this thing getting vetoed.

I'm thinking we got AA board is QQJ. They got QQ. Are odds are not good. The USA has already broken a lot of rules and regulations. Who is going to stop them from breaking another one?

Considering the "Office of the President's" statement on HR4411 earlier in the year... I would put the chance of Bush vetoing the Port Security bill because it includes i-gambling enforcement mechanisms to be exactly ZERO.
