Unlike the cryptos, Party has stated that they will not be closing accounts... clearly, this is for a reason (beyond simply allowing for players to handle their own cashouts)...

I don't see a downside in cashing out at least most of it. I just don't like the idea of having any kind of relationship with a company that is losing 75% of its revenue.

Sniper,

I fully agree with this. There's no way on earth they're going about things the way they have been without some sort of agenda.

My guess is that your money is not going to disappear. The site is a publicly traded company. It's also not going under. They have the biggest non-u.s. player base in the industry. 43% of new accounts for the first 6 months of the year were non-u.s. accounts. They've been preparing for a blow from the American congress for quite some time. I'm not sure what they will do but I highly doubt keeping your money is one of their options.

Mat,

I am confident, and have funds on Party and will continue to play there, until the bill is signed and Party closes down access to real money games. I would suggest that since once the bill is signed you will not need funds there, that any excess bankroll beyond what you might need to play there this week, you can move to Neteller now.

For completeness, I would contrast this to my attitude with respect to the crypto and prima sites; where I put in withdrawal requests last weekend, even before they made any official announcements.
