Default 4/180 UTG with 99.

Poker Stars
No Limit Holdem Tournament
Blinds: t50/t100
9 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
Hero: t4755
UTG+1: t2675
MP1: t5755
MP2: t2515
MP3: t1760
CO: t1945
Button: t3490
SB: t6840
BB: t2000

Pre-flop: (9 players) Hero is UTG with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Hero calls t100 <font color="aaaaaa">(pot was t150)</font>, <font color="#cc0000">UTG+1 raises to t300</font>, 3 folds, CO calls t300 <font color="aaaaaa">(pot was t550)</font>, Button folds, SB calls t250 <font color="aaaaaa">(pot was t850)</font>, BB calls t200 <font color="aaaaaa">(pot was t1100)</font>, Hero ...

Somehow I just didn't believe that UTG+1 had anything, and I was going to push, but when the CO cold called the raise, I got nervous. What's the best thing here?

Call is acceptable, and probably the most +EV long term.
With the money in the pot though a push would increase your stack by 25% and I'm considering it might be a good play, especially if someone behind you decides to look you up with a smaller pair.

ewwwww. SB coming from nowhere and min-betting the flop seems like a hand that definitley has you beat, but i cant fold here getting 17-1. flat call, fold to a raise behind you, and if there is none see what develops on the turn.

Hero calls t100 <font color="aaaaaa">(pot was t1700)</font>, <font color="#cc0000">UTG+1 raises all-in t2375</font>, 2 folds, <font color="#cc0000">BB calls all-in t1600</font>, Hero ...

Obviously one of these idiots has made a hand, but WTF? I hate this game!

In these, a lot of people min bet with very weak hands and fold to any raise -- I'd make a pot sized raise here, actually.
