Default PokerStars 10+1 TT Short Stack On The Bubble

I am pretty new to all this, and want to see what the "cognoscenti" would do with this hand. Any feedback greatly appreciated.

Break even when he's only raising 44+,AT+,A8s+,KQs+ - and not folding. A read would help. Raising any more...folding some of these = easy push.

Thanks, I pushed but it didn't work out. Just wanted to make sure.

As far as a read, he seemed to be raising PF rather frequently, around 15-20% of the hands.

you should leave the forums for even thinking of folding that.

See bluefeet's post, this isn't an instapush. It is read dependent. However, with the read OP posted in a later post, I'd push TT here.

i agree there is merit to generally thinking on a deeper level here, no disrespect to the OP, but in these buy ins at this time of the tourney typically, readless, youre well ahead of this guys range and should usually shove.

Sometimes when you push here, it won't work out. You are likely up against an ace. With good fortune it will be an ace with a nine or lower. Sometimes it will be an AJ or better. On the odd occasion it will be JJ or better, bummer. Any KQ, KJ will be a coin flip. It would be just super to go against 99.

But regardless of all this, you need to push in this situation every time. It should work out for you a lot of time and that's what you want. One result does not make a play right or wrong.

If this is a cash game, it's a different analysis. But this is late stage tourney strategy and folding 1010 is generally a mistake in this situation, IMHO.
