No you are not missing anything. You are correct that the response didnt say anything about what I had originally asked about. I posted this because I found the response irrelevant which shows how unimportant this issue really is to most of our elected representatives. Also, I doubt he has received many calls and/or e-mails on this due to the lack of a form letter specifically for this topic.
