Default Party bonus reply

Sorry if this has already been covered before(I didn't see anything about it), but just wanted to post my email to PP and there reply, in case any of you are wondering.

Hi.....I am aware of Party Pokers decision to stop serving Americans
when the president signs anti internet gambling bill on Oct 13th. I will
continue to play till that time. My question is, I've currently accrued RED carpet bonus, and plan to
have more by the bonus end date of Oct 14th. Being that that is the day
AFTER the pres signs bill, my question is:
1) will you still pay me my bonus.
2) if so, will I have any issues cashing it, or any money I have on
PP, thru IGM Pay AFTER the president signs bill on Oct 13th.

Please tell me the current and future status of my bonus.

thank you,
REDDRED

Dear Kevin,

Thank you for contacting us.

I can inform you that all of your active bonuses will be unaffected
unless and until the act has been signed into law. At that point, any
uncompleted bonuses will be prorated. For example, if you have an
incomplete $50 bonus that required you to play 500 raked hands but you have only
played 250 raked hands, you will receive $25.

In case of the Red Carpet Promotion everything will remain the same.
The exchange of points for cash for this promotion will automatically
take place on the 17th of October.

Furthermore I can inform you that you can withdraw any or all of the
balance in your PartyAccount at any time.

If you require any more information about the US Legislation you can
find this as follows:

1. On PartyPoker.com you go into "YOUR ACCOUNT"
2. There you click on "24 hr Help"
3. You choose "FAQ" and then "US Legislation"

If you require further assistance please do not hesitate to contact the
VIP team by email at vip@partypoker.com.

Kind regards,

Isabel
