I was real curious about the tradesports line. Usually, when a line seems to good to be true.... it is. It gave me hope that someone knew something we don't.

Think I figured it out though. If you read the contract, it says, "passed and signed". I believe if Bush doesn't sign within 10 days the contract would go to 0, even though the bill would become law. There may be an outside chance he just lets this default into law. Don't know why he would, but... be careful how much you bet this may not be a lock based on the wording.
