Question about exchange rate regarding Party and Neteller

I'm a canadian player that want to cash out a portion of my bankroll. Would I get a better exhange rate cashing out from Neteller or straight out from Party poker? In both cases, I'll be using ETF to transfer money into my checking account so there's no transaction fee.

Party Poker is better then neteller.

The differnce is about $20 for every $1,000

Party currently offers better then market value on dollar conversion.
