VOB to WMV conversion?

Anyone know any good free VOB to WMV conversion software? Free or cheap preferred. The DVD I want to work on was created on an Apple and for some reason none of my software will accept this DVD format.

VOB's are just MPEGS typically. The free Windows Media Encoder should handle it.

If you can play DVD's on your computer, you already have a MPEG2 decoder -- otherwise you'll have to find one. (Download a trial of WinDVD if you don't).
