Default DId you cash everything out? or are you?

I cashed out all my online poker monies. In fact it was unfortunate that this had to happen right after my best week ever.

No. I think doing so is a gross overreaction.

Those in the US that do not leave money in Neteller may find it very difficult to get money there in the future. IMO I would leave some sort of backup in there. Those that do not do it are being very paranoid IMO.

I feel like regardless of the outcome of the legislation. You'll be duely notified as to whether or not you're going to need to withdraw your funds. So taking everything out would just be insane. Also, you need to get your last hooray, right?

I didn't cash out everything, but I pulled the bulk of it back into Neteller.

I wished I had withdrawn from Interpoker, now I have to wait 3-4 weeks for their check.... and hope it doesn't get "lost" in the mail.

Well If you are at party you could leave your money in there and play. I mean you can make withdrawls any time just not deposits. If you have a good bankroll you could still continue you play for ever there and make withdrawls. I guess you are out of lucky for the reloads, but still this is something that is important, and most yanks don't know.

and it is also 100% wrong, since Party's statement clearly says that no real-money games will be offered to players from the USA once Dubya signs the ports act.

I've gone from having 50% of my bankroll on 7 different sites and 50% in Neteller to moving 75% to my bank account and the remaining money mostly in Neteller with a few dollars left at some of the sites. The 25% is enough for me to keep playing although I will need to drop stakes.

I guess I'm waiting to see which sites have the best prospects for US players after the bill is signed (in terms of game selection and safety of funds) and transfer most of my funds to 2 or maybe 3 sites.

I used to keep a lot of buy ins per site (like 12, and I play NL1K mostly)

Now I have like 6 on each site.
