Foreclosure/Seized Homes.

Has anyone every signed up for one of those sites that you can buy either a foreclosed home or even a seized home. I saw some beautiful homes in very nice places going for under $100,000. They want you to sign up for a year for $39.95 to get access to these homes. There has to be a gimmick somewhere or everyone would be buying these. Anyone have any insight on these?

if you arent paying the 40 bucks yet how do you know they are beautiful? I'm sure the xmaple pics look great. Check out HUD websites and you can browse listings for free.
