Anybody remember the kid from Star Tropics? Think the default name was Max.

Level 2 to be specific. And his name is Mike, not Max. Awesome series.

Damn. I knew it was an M name, Max got stuck in my head from the mention of Shining Force.

An amazing series though, yes. After playing it I went out and bought a yo-yo, just so I could hit things with it.

One of my favorite things in life is an inside joke between me and my friends about someone we know who lost to Glass Joe. I think this is the biggest sign of ineptitude in Nintendo history. Seriously. You could punch this guy at any time, with either hand, in any part of his body. I don't even remember being knocked down by this guy, and if he ever landed a punch, it was a looooooong time ago...when I was 7.

Can someone explain how Locke was possibly not extremely underrated? Most people hated him because of the fact he was your typical hero that was a little metroish and overly troubled, etc.

Edit: Byronic...that's it. Thanks Wiki

The Magic Tiger guy from PunchOut was actually the 2nd character I thought of. That whole game is full of awesome characters. King Hippo, Sandman, Soda Pop....
