Re: Ouch My Balls Hurt
Min-raise bluff the river is better then making it 400 IMO.
I usually check behind the turn. |

Re: Ouch My Balls Hurt
i can't think of a worse spot to min-raise bluff really. maybe against a guy with a lot of history but often people will just convince themselves to manufacture a hand they beat since they are getting a sick price.
i also think the turn play is great because this is a particular turn i will often 2nd barrel with 88-jj and esp hidden draws and big hands since he will be hard pressed to call a 2nd barrel with a 6 or 7, as well as a straight or flush draw, while it is unlikely, although possible, he himself has a monster due to the flop action. also, it's nice to give opponents the fear of 3rd barrels although if he calls the turn and checks a blank river i'm often checking back if i miss since he will usually have a queen. |

Re: Ouch My Balls Hurt
Check behind on the turn, but occasionally betting it is fine. I don't like pushing over his river donkbet though since there are like 100 draws that didn't get there, and you can't feasibly represent a 6 given your turn bet. Also, I find this river donk is often the 6, in which case, he isn't folding.
