Concert: TV on the Radio

TVOTR came to town last night. The opening band Grizzly Bear did a really good job of recreating their sound on the album. They're kinda mellow, so the energy wasn't that high, but they are solid.

TVOTR are probably one of the best bands around right now. Throughout the night, you can see they are really appreciative of being able to play music to lots of people. They're a really tight band with lots of energy. The crowd was OK, not too much moshing during the faster songs. This is good because you can get a close view without having dude-sweat all over you. Don't remember how long they played, but it was a good length. Definitely cant complain that it was too short. Go see them up close before they start playing bigger venues.
