advice on selling george mikan autographed yearbook

i have a 1942 depaul univ. yearbook with the autograph of george mikan, ledgedary basketball player. i've sold 1000's of items on ebay, primarly cheap crap, and i think this is far more valueable than anything i've sold before.
anyone have any advice for how to go about selling this?
is ebay even the best place for it?
should i get a coa? how?
