2 hands 5/10 plz help i suck at limit

no idea why i was playing limit but the tables had some really loose bad players so i sat in [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

1st hand

utg i raise AT offsuit 5 handed, fold fold small blind quite aggro tagish only decent player at the table 3bets from sb (dude almost never limps or flat calls of couse ) bb folds i call

flop is kq5 rainbow, tag bets, whats my plan?

2nd hand

utg (sorta loose,limps a lot,calls down too much) limps, fold ,tag raises button, fold to me in bb with 99 i call [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] (how bad is flat calling?????)

flop is q84 rainbow i check [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] (easy lead i think now) utg checks button bets, whats a good line ???

In the first hand I like to have more of a feel before deciding. If I think I'm getting a lot of respect or he's kind of weak, I'll raise so I can try to take it down with a turn bet. In a completely blind situation I'd probably call the flop bet and fold if he leads again.

In the second hand I like the flat call pf so I can c/r his inevitable flop bet.
