PartyPoker affiliate contact info

With the recent law changes I'm looking to contact Party concerning any funds that might still be in my affiliate account. I'm unable to find any info on Party's site on how an affiliate can contact the affiliate dept..

I have $47 in my account and all of my players are in the US. I have sent a couple emails with no replies of course. I hope that they buy a nice lunch with my money that I have no way of getting out.

Can you explain to me how to dial this number from the us? I called and asked my phone provider and even they couldnt tell me.
