New ONLINE ban question

hey i was just considering to become a online player. But ive just recently heard that the gov will be banning it?? But by my understanding they are baning the involvment of us bank and credit cards. Can you still DEPOST money via netteller, firepay, ect? and CASH OUT via the same way?? this has nothing to do with the us banks? Also if this is true what is the best way to start out playing online? I was told to multi-table but should i just play extremely tight or what? thanks
