FWIW, from what I have read, it isn't all of the US that Wagershare (the operating company of SP and RF) is banning at this time, only folks from Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Nevada, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington and Wisconsin. Evidently those states have state laws that make internet gambling illegal and their interpretation of this new act makes that important.
