4th: I am very reluctant to raise 4th as two 5īs for an openender are gone and so our high chance is very small (also two opponents caught a card suited to their doorcard) and we are competing with three other low draws, I call here too.

5th: I think this is a fold, no chance for high and most likely behind already for low.

Fold 5th, there are three boards with better cards than you and you're playing for half. Your hand is almost as bad as a pair of kings here.

4th, I would take a crying card here, and feel bad about doing it. You could have the best low draw, but its just a naked draw, since aces (and fives) are dead.

Looking now at results, I'm surprised that players are this bad. Unless you knew that there were a couple of bad players in the game, it's hard to play it differently though. If they normally raise with good low draws, maybe you could have stayed in... but I would still not like it.

I am no good at this game but:

Folding fifth seems pretty wrong, I don't see why you wouldn't think you have the best low here at this point.

Grating can't have you beat since he didn't raise 4th with the ace up and he caught good, which means his other two cards in the hole suck. With his board the only way you lose to him is if he has two babies in the hole, and he has at no point indicated that is what he has. For atmos to be beating you on fifth he has to have 46, 47 or 24 in the hole, but he didn't raise fifth with the wheel so it doesn't make any sense for him to have 24. 46 and 47, there are two fours dead, two sixes dead and two sevens dead increasing the probability even further that you have the best hand.

Also you close the action on fifth. Yeah you are going for 1/2 the pot and yeah you might be beat but nobody has done anything yet to make you think you should be beat and half of a big pot is still a big pot.

Unfortunately on 6th, gratings caught a deuce and now you are probably beat so you should fold. But I don't get the reasoning behind folding on fifth. Maybe a reverse implied odds thing but like by fifth the pot is really big and you probably have the best hand and close the action and all the cards they can catch to beat you if you are behind are dead.

While I think raising fourth is defensible, I think that calling is better because you're up against several strong boards, and several of the cards you need are dead. Fifth is looking dangerous, but it's one bet and your call closes the action. Try to catch a Five next time. When it's two bets to you on sixth and more of your cards die, it's definitely checkout time, though.

If you made any mistakes on this hand, none of them are very big. If it turns out that you folded the best low hand (wouldn't surprise me), them's the breaks.
