Re: AN EZ WAY OUT
if neteller bans withdrawals from pokerstars, what makes you think your local bank will accept a check from pokerstars.com?

Re: AN EZ WAY OUT
It's been mostly agreed upon that withdrawing will be fine. The question is, what makes you believe that Stars will continue to allow US accounts? Further, how will all of the players who NEED to deposit, who are the players you're winning off of, be able to deposit? God this blows.

Re: AN EZ WAY OUT
In the past, I've gotten checks from Paradise Poker. They were written from a Florida bank. If you read the Nelson Rose article, he says it is impossible for banks to police the source of checks. Banks by the way, were a major opponent of the legislation.

Banks won't be expected to sift through the paper checks (I beleive this is explicitly stated in the legislation; if not, it's implicit). |

Re: AN EZ WAY OUT
Why can't they just write Stars checks? (if the Banks aren't going to look at paper checks as seems to be the case)
