Default AN EZ WAY OUT

I will never lose the funds in my pokerstars account. thus never needing to deposit. and my cashouts will come in checks that i will cash at us bank. HOORAY problem solved!!!!!!!!!!

if neteller bans withdrawals from pokerstars, what makes you think your local bank will accept a check from pokerstars.com?

It's been mostly agreed upon that withdrawing will be fine. The question is, what makes you believe that Stars will continue to allow US accounts? Further, how will all of the players who NEED to deposit, who are the players you're winning off of, be able to deposit? God this blows.

In the past, I've gotten checks from Paradise Poker. They were written from a Florida bank. If you read the Nelson Rose article, he says it is impossible for banks to police the source of checks. Banks by the way, were a major opponent of the legislation.

That's pretty easy, actually. Banks won't be expected to sift through the paper checks (I beleive this is explicitly stated in the legislation; if not, it's implicit).

Why can't they just write Stars checks? (if the Banks aren't going to look at paper checks as seems to be the case)
