Default The end of 2+2 forums with the new law?

Can it be the end of 2+2 forums you think?

Something like 80% of 2+2 players are from US, so will we lose the traffic and the quality of 2+2 forums by the way?

How will the new law affect 2+2?

even if im no longer playing poker i'll still browse and contribute to the forums on 2p2. its one of the only forums on the web where the general population is fairly intelligent. I dont think the law therefore will have any bearing on the ultimate viability of the forums.

2+2 is not the only forum, the traffic will be reduced and if we lost this nice community we must join others.

I think OOT is the most heavily trafficked forum on here (correct me if Im wrong obv) and I cant imagine all us goons leaving that, its a time killer, and high stakes limit & NLHE will still probably get a low but fair amount of posts, as well as the other forums that still have non US posters, not to mention its still too early to tell how things will play out.

I imagine the cost of hosting the site vs. the ad space that they'll still be able to show will not let 2p2 die, if you were worried about it.

This is a really ignorant topic. 2+2 has been around for a long time (well, before the poker boom). No reason to think it'll die out, despite the new legislation.
