Doesn't it seem odd that the bill protected Horse Racing and Sports Betting?

I'd put money on Frist having stock in WSEX or some other Horse Race betting company and lowering the hammer on poker sites knowing that Doctors and Lawyers would just find other ways to gamble away all that money they don't know what to do with.

I thought it was strictly US Government horse racing and lottos. I don't know if sportsbooks are qualified.
