WPEX Cashout problem?

I've been tring to withdraw some money off there just for safety reasons and for some reason it's not working properly. I try and withdraw it and it said it is processing but when I go back to my cashier it still shows the same amount of money in my account and it's making me uneasy. any advice would be great

Normal, they remove it when they process the cashout.

I cashed out at 2pm ET today and didn't get the$$ into neteller until 10:38pm ET or so.

...they tend to be slow on Mondays but it always eventually goes through.

Good lord people, its slow on Mondays because HELLO YEST WAS FOOTBALL SUNDAY. Common sense here.

If this is your first withdrawel you have to send them some form of ID before they will acept your request. I had to send them a drivers licence and a piece of mail with my address on it. Call customer support, they're really helpful and will sort you out.
