Re: Line Check 1/2PLO
Check the turn and hope for a free card. Still call all-in though.

Re: Line Check 1/2PLO
Not at all given the action on the flop. What makes you think he has AA? Your biggest worry here is being up against a higher flush draw and/or straight draw. The main point here is that given your stack size you have very little fold equity.

Re: Line Check 1/2PLO
Any reads? Heads up you need to have a line on your opponent as this affects your strategy greatly
I would have check-raising the flop with that draw, rather than leading and re-raising, you'll get more info on the villian Your turn line doesnt matter with the past action. The pot is so big now that you have to get it in with a good drawing hand, may aswell shove now in the slight hopes he thinks he drawing v.slim with bottom set and folds. Although 99/100 you'll get called here. If he has AAxx then you have very good value on the turn push. But with this flast call of the re-raise I would too be worried about the possibility of a better flush or straight draw. |

[/ QUOTE ] Turn, villain checks behind: River: ($154.80) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players) Hero check folds??? Without having position here, how often are we going to get bluffed on this river? Also this raises an interesting question to me. Is there a reason to position more pot control on this flop to create more folding equity on the turn? |

Re: Line Check 1/2PLO
I'd probably call the flop reraise and reevaluate on the turn. I'd be concerned if an A, K, J, T, 8, or low diamond fell. That's a lot of potentially bad cards to dodge. Sometimes I'd bet a perfect/harmless turn card, most times I'd check and call or fold. Problem is neither of your draws is to the nuts. You could be drawing very very thin.
As played, check call turn. As noted by others, you have no fold equity. |
