Default Can you base a site in the US if you don\'t take US players?

Say me and my 3 buddies have an awesome plan to start a new poker room that will succesfully tap new markets in online poker. We like living in the US and don't want to do anything illegal or move. We're fine not accepting any US players, b/c our new room will be profitable enough without them.

Can we run everything out of the US? Or maybe just get some licensing done in a place like Antigua, but really work out of the US?

Has this new bill done anything to change my plans?

You would go to jail....not sure if this affects your plans. If you want a model for how to run a gambling site from USA, see Golden Spirit Gaming Limited based in Bellingham, WA. Yes the state that already banned online gambling .
