looks like QJ and his play is not that bad if he can scalp you for $90 on river with 8 outs.

On the flop he has a gutshot and good implied odds if he hits as you clearly like your hand enough to lead into the preflop raiser, who has also called your bet which makes it even better.
On the turn, he has a double gutshot - so he's about 18% to hit - he can call $8 if he expects to win $45 or so, and there's already $21 in the pot, so as long as he can get a half pot bet out of you on the river, this is a good call - especially when his hand is so well disguised when he makes it (very well disguised when he hits the 9 instead of the K). Bet more on the turn. Any draw could have become a combo draw when the club hits and a lot of As are paying you off (with a small chance to outdraw you).

bet more on the turn, maybe something like $10-13
