Call turn or Raise?

MP2 is loose and plays bad. He also likes to bluff
The SB just sat down and I don't know anything about his play atm. Should I rope a dope this turn and just call or is it a raise, and if I raise, how much?

Yah, I thought about raising the flop but the guy that bet into me has a propensity for betting weak / nothing hands and bluffing on multiple streets.

There is a decent chance no one behind me has much of a hand - why wouldn't I want to just play this pot with the bluffer?

Ok, some reason that raising the flop is better than smooth calling given my read please. The one liner isn't helping me here.

And given my flop call, which I don't think is wrong, I have a turn decision I would also like some insight into.
