Default Re: How much is \"FEEL\" part of your game?

Everyone please read "Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking by Malcolm Gladwell".

This is an excellent book that describes what is called "thin slicing". It's how our subconscious picks up on things that our conscious does not and why we get that "feeling".

It's not a book that will change your poker life, but it makes you think about just these types of situations, and how much you can rely on your intuition. It made me give a little more weight to that voice that says his raise is B.S., or he just hit. Folding may not be the answer, but playing with a little more caution may be your line.
