Seems like an ok line. Seems like he didn't have a hand good enough to give you any action on the turn onwards.

Is this LIMIT? It looks like it is, and there is no other way to play that hand except to keep raising and keep firing. Maybe on the turn you could check hoping to induce a bluff on the river, but chances are you're better off betting like you did hoping he'll keep calling you with a piece of that board.

I was going to ask you what you are doing min raising QQ preflop but then realized it was Limit...

I'd be tempted to check the turn to induce a bluff on the river but not sure if it matters much.
