Default PokerStars ..5/1 QT w/ TP Q on Flup.... Underplayed, or Overplayed?

Reviwing my hands I came across this... Do you think I overplayed my hand, or underplayed it?

Poker Stars
Limit Holdem Ring game
Limit: $0.50/$1
10 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (10 players) Hero is MP1 with :jd :qd
3 folds, Hero calls, MP2 folds, [color=#cc0000]MP3 raises</font>, 3 folds, BB calls, Hero calls.

Flop: :5s :qs :4d (6.5SB, 3 players)
[color=#cc0000]BB bets</font>, Hero calls, [color=#cc0000]MP3 raises</font>, BB calls, Hero calls.

Turn: :th (6.25BB, 3 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, [color=#cc0000]MP3 bets</font>, BB calls, Hero calls.

River: :jc (9.25BB, 3 players)
BB checks, [color=#cc0000]Hero bets</font>, [color=#cc0000]MP3 raises</font>, BB folds, Hero calls.

Results:
Final pot: 13.25BB


MP3 is 26.5 7.5 1.75
BB is 26.7 6.67 1.0


At the time I put opponents on the usual suspects preflop, after the flop I thought I might be up against a big pair, a bigger queen and probably a suited connector in spades, possibly AK. I was passive on the river worried about AK.
