Default (27s) 88 with Raise/call in Front

This may be a simple question, forgive me...

What's the best play here with a midpair?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t50 (7 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG (t1270)
MP1 (t1645)
MP2 (t1375)
CO (t5010)
Hero (t1355)
SB (t1360)
BB (t1485)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

I'd probably fold it. Calling sucks, so does pushing.

Yeah I was pretty sure a fold was the right play here, and was actually what I did, just wanted to doublecheck to make sure this wasn't the place to be making a move.
