So to not have a subway series your betting 100 to win 72 dollars?? Mets have zero competition in the NL and yanks might lose to minnnesota as i see no other team there to stop them. Ill pass on this one.

It's truly bizarre that no matter how large the obvious overlay on a prop, there's always one person who will give it the hee haw.

Before the 2004 WSOP, a book had odds on 50 listed players to win the main event (Ben Affleck, Gabe Kaplan, and a bunch of 'name' players) and offered the field at -125, and several people questioned the value in that bet...

The Mets are somewhere around +200 to win the NL, looks like a great bet for a side that "cannot lose"

Dude, this bet has an EV of like 80%.

You're wagering -140 on something that should be -500 or so.

Do some basic math.
