you omitted the suite of your hand so I will assume it's AKx.
By all means fold to 2 bets .

* clueless noob grunching *

My original thought was getting 18:1 and closing this action that I'd call? I'm thinking unlikely that someone flopped a straight (would someone coldcall preflop with 86?). But now I'm thinking it's possible someone may have flopped a set (so we're drawing dead), or perhaps we're reverse dominated (maybe Button or Small Blind are playing suited A or K and caught a pair?), or perhaps one or two are on a gutshot straight draw. So I think I've just convinced myself to fold, is that way too weak for this big pot?

Sorry, it was A of spade and K of diamonds...

I folded, but would have hit the K of Spade on the turn.

7 on the river gave me 2 pair. Mid Pos player won with a 2 pairs(9s and 7s)

I wanted to get a 2nd(or in this case a 4th?) opinion

thanks guys

I was discussing this with friends and none of the 3 agreed with eachother.

I would not bet this flop into 4 opponents. As you played, I would call the flop raise getting 18:1 and closing. You can't fold for one small bet in a large pot for fear that you are drawing dead every time someone raises.

Yup, call getting 18-1 and closing and see the turn.

As for the continuation bet, yeah it's probably not advised since it is 5 way and there are 3 cold-callers behind you. I'd probably bet this if I had 0 or 1 guy behind me since it would be more likely that I would be able to check turn UI and see river for free.

I would bet this flop into 4 opponents about never and a half.

I would actually fold to the raise at this level, because you are drawing to 4 overs that may be drawing dead already.

I'd have checked the flop, probalby called one on the flop, and donked when the king hit.

3betting this flop would be major spewage.

yeah this flop is not for c betting. you can however if you read well maybe raise up a late postion bettor and take action on the turn and river, but you have to be a pimp like me to do that. and somtimes a [censored] with a low pp is a either a moron or a bigger pimp than me calls me down with a board full of overs to his pair grrrrrrrrr.
