Terrible, and I know you hate hearing it, but stop limping with semi-strong Aces pre-flop because it puts you in crappy situations like this all the time.

I hate the call here, even if you think that the other villains are folding. The PFR is not going to bluff into 4 players without an A here, so I put him squarely on AK. He'd probably play a set slower, but needs to protect his strong A.
