That is correct. This is not a tip-off either way, although Congresswoman Berkley's speech helps to highlight the ridiculous effort to attach I-Gaming to DoD Authorization. Granted, everything that is done has some political overtone, otherwise it would not be politics. But, I do want to let you know that Shelley is a strong supporter of our efforts, so it is not just about politics, but is about good government and I called to thank her for her speech. She at least has it right: Let’s regulate this, and stop trying to push a prohibition bill that will just drive the business underground.

I am truly amazed that it is all coming down to the wire like this, without any information coming out.
