Look, each forum has their own brand of retard to deal with. I get the pathological trolls and sex addicts, you guys get the occasional religious nut. Do you really want to trade? Do you want me to loose nos1nos2 on you? Cause I will.

Which is why I made the sticky. If someone starts screaming crap they better source/link their argument. Morons normally won't go that far. If starts screaming controversial facts but doesn't provide a source they get the boot.

Yeah, I'm well aware of decorum. Just seems unreasonable to ship problems around, is all. <shrugs> Each forum has its own flavor.

why are you guys dismissing slade's technical analysis of the moon's celestial positioning and the sun's diameter so quickly? it is obvious he has phd's in both astronomy and astrophysics and anyone who questions his authority on these subjects is moron

on a serious note i would like to give some advice to everyone on both sides of any issue, please use a critical eye when reading something that purports itself to be non-fiction, just because somebody writes something that supports an opinion you agree with doesn't mean that it isn't propaganda

Bumper stickers!

One that I dislike is:

"I had sex with your honor student."

[/ QUOTE ]

I just had a daughter, and am already dreading the day she comes home in the first mini-skirt.

[/ QUOTE ]

Don't worry, I don't think your daughter's going to be an honor student (unless the apple falls far from the clump of seaweed or whatever).

I see a lot of posts insulting my intelligence, and not a single one offering even the slightest bit of "you're wrong, because:..."

Doesn't have to be a long explanation.

I can do it in single sentences/phrases.

Macro Evolution is religious because:...

-It hasn't been observed, nor has it been duplicated.
-One word: eyes
-Two words: Elemental "evolution" (Please tell me how you get uranium by "evolving" hydrogen)
-Rocks date the fossils in one museum, and the fossils date the rocks in another.
-The precious "geolocic column" which macro evolution is based on is found NOWHERE on the planet.
-Polonium Halos Link
-Countless human artifacts found inside seams of coal (timeline problem for evolutionists) Link (One example)
-Ica stones Link
-Trilobite eyes Link
-Trilobite found squashed underneath fossilized human sandal print Link
-Human footprints found in countless dinosaur footprints. Link
-Haekel's fake embryonic drawingsLink
-Archaeoraptor Liaoningensis: Fake Dinosaur-bird ancestor Link[/link]
-Archaeopteryx (Not to be confused with Archaeoraptor) the perching bird labeled as a dinosaur. Link
-The countless so-called "vestigal" parts.

The list goes on...

And to the guy who says humans are poorly designed? Example?

"No way. T. Rex in the Garden of Eden? Adam and Eve would be runnin' all the time, scared sh!tless."

Because it's the wrong forum, the wrong place, and it is nearly impossible to argue with someone so clearly insane as you are.
