Personally, I don't really lie. However, in this case, you would be unfairly pozzed by the system and it wasn't your fault (they didn't tell you they suspended your license? wtf?). Lie away.

You were scheduled to have a hearing about your suspended license, and you told the judge you didn't show up cause you couldn't DRIVE YOURSELF there?

A) Why didn't the judge comment on the fact that you were going to DRIVE there.
B) If you came clean and said you overslept I don't think much would be different. They probably wouldn't take your license away. |
