I found this list of SEO tools earlier today.

Meh, some of those tools arent anything special.

If you know what your target keywords are then all you need to do is extensive link building to get started. Then you need to work on your on-page optimization. Check your keyword density. I like to keep it around 7%. You can also stuff your alt tags and <h2>'s and that should be enough to get you started
