Default $22 200/400 99 in BB vs minraise

This post is an example of a play I think is very effective in end game play at the lower buy-ins. This player checked a flop I felt he should have bet >90% of the time if he hit anything and then turn bets a steal looking 1000.

This is probably a push preflop for me. As played I think I skidaddle after his turn bet.

Don't like the call much preflop. Not many flops that we like. And with only 8*BB I think this has got to be a push.

As played, I think I would lead the turn for about 1/2 pot and fold to a raise.

Exactly as played, I still fold to his turn bet.

Re-Raise all-in PreFlop.

You have less than 10X BB.
He is likely to be stealing.
You have a made hand that is very vulnerable to overcards so you want to get your money in early.

push preflop
as played, if you arent going to stab on the flop (not that you necessarily should) why are you Check raising the turn?

I c/r the turn because I felt that the 1000 bet was weak and had missed the flop, which turned out to be right when villain flipped over TT w/ his call. Re-shoving preflop is definitely the best play now that I've seen the replies, thanks guys.
